Site Manager (Part-Time)

The Site Manager is responsible for the leasing process from introduction to actual occupancy. He or she will be expected to market the community to potential tenants with a final goal of reaching 100% occupancy. He or she will also be expected to handle everyday situations that may arise with current tenants. The ideal candidate has excellent administrative skills, outstanding references, and a big smile.
